I didn't know this concerto until it was brought to my attention by Maestro Nurhan Armen. What a beautiful piece. It is filled with so many beautiful colours. |

Concerto

This is the concert I was able to play as concerto competition winner at my school -I chose the Barber Concerto. I think that it is one the most beautiful concerto ever written and isn't overplayed. |

What can I say? I grew up in the East Coast and have always had a liking to the Fiddle. Granted this isn't real "East Coast' fiddle music but it is a fun piece to play...and heck if I get to play the violin as a banjo, what can be wrong with that? |

Jacob Concerto (1998)

I discovered this concerto in a public library in Toronto. It looked like a lot of fun so I got some friends together and performed it in Banff. This is the last movement of the concerto - the opening sounds a bit like jaws, don't you think? If you like it send me an email and let me know. I can send you the other movements. |

"This performance is quite rough and crazy...a bit harsh but still worth checking out. It shows the angry and frustrated side of Shostakovich" |

Souvenir D'Amerique(2002)

This is my famous arrangement of Vieuxtemps' Yankee Doodle. I didn't change it toomuch from the original but I did change it enough to call it my own.
This is piece is ridiculously fun! |
